20 Inch Gothic Chess Set is equipped with the chessmen finished with a brass inlay from our King’s range. The chess pieces of a King’s design are made from hornbeam and cherry wood. A beautiful burned folding chess board has two compartments finished with felt lining for the chess pieces storage inside. A gothic lettering of the alphanumeric notation have been put on the light borders of the chess board. Gothic chess sets combine unique and mystic shapes in one.

I had purchased this item for our Granddaughter for her birthday. Once I opened the Chess box, it took a while for my brain to catch up to what my eyes were seeing! I loved this item so much, I had to purchase one for myself! Our Granddaughter’s birthday is not until December 19, I am not sure I can wait that long to give this to her. She is nearly nine, and her ability to understand the strategy of the game, and already can plan 2 to 3 moves ahead! An extraordinary product at a very extraordinary low price!
