We carefully select products and hope they will bring their unique touch to you, however in case you have a change of heart regarding your order you can return the item in 30 days by following steps:
The refund procedure of damaged or wrong product is as follows:
- The customer sends the photo proof of damaged or wrong product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We provide the return address. Customer returns the product to mentioned address and sends us the photo of return cost check. The product must be packed exactly as we sent it, in the same condition and packaging we sent it.
- As soon as we receive back the product and it corresponds all requirements we release a full refund (return shipment cost included)
NOTE: Product is considered damaged if:
- It has broken parts
- It has stretch marks
- It has missing parts
The refund procedure of products which customer didn’t like is as follows:
- We provide return address to one of our warehouses as per request of the customer (return shipment cost is covered by customer)
- Customer sends back the product to provided address
- As soon as we receive the product and it corresponds all requirements we release a full refund.
Please note: any item that has been used or returned in an unsaleable condition we will not be able to accept that return. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to You.
